54th and 7th, outside the London NYC walking east.  He had a little girl (about 7?) in tow and was looking quite sharp in a dark blue suit.  No one else around seemed to recognize him - I would have asked about legitimacy of Arrested Development Movie rumors but was too starstruck to say anything.
